A Story Doesn’t Need A Brain, Just A Heart

We need euthanasia for news stories. Sometimes a story loses its connection with reality yet lives on and on in the front page, a shambling zombie groping for our brains. Yummy! Such a story should be decently buried on page four or later, starved of its nourishment and allowed to die a quiet, dignified death. Ha! As if anything in journalism could be dignified!
