Cambodia cannot screen travelers, or will not? The authoritarian impulse dominates; China told them not to. All restrictions on the movement of Chinese should be imposed by Beijing, which rants at any who disobey its will. But if you do impose restrictions, then under the One China principle, Taiwan should be included. I propose that, as a nation which actively attacks world health, China should be expelled from the World Health Organization. Then we can let Taiwan back in.
