The noble purpose of censorship is to prevent thought pollution in the same way that a plastic bag ban prevents plastic pollution. Carry your bag to the grocery store, pick up a dozen products packed in plastic, and when you check out—they don’t give you more! The degree of progress is incredible! In just the same way, proper fake news censorship saves you from one lie out of a thousand, the boorish lies told by governments we don’t like.
