28 April 2023 - historical nihilism

To the Chinese Communist Party, "historical nihilism" means not toeing the party line. It's an advance over the older communist practice of "self-criticism", which was used to force underlings to agree with the boss. Meanwhile, in the West we practice criticism of others, and see actions against "historical nihilism" as historical nihilism.
