< yesterday -- tomorrow >

Laws and time measurement are properly optimized, but so much else in life remains simple. Take historical value, for example. A building is on the register of historical sites or not, and that's it. But history happens everywhere! For every object, structure, and plot of land, we should keep track of its current historical value--finally we know what computers are for. A factory-made window just installed: Historical value zero. But if Obama looks through it, it goes up. It's the only accurate way.
