new bot Feint

New bot Feint appears to be a feint. It looks like a recompiled Steamhammer 2.3.5 playing terran; the DLL files are the same size in bytes, and even the bot and author names in the configuration file have not been touched. It this a test and it will be updated, or is it a throwaway?
