The two most controversial road projects in the U.S. were Westway in New York,
abandoned because of the opposition, and the Blue Route in Pennsylvania,
finally completed after over 30 years of argument.
Westway alliterates. Blue Route rhymes. For successful public works, avoid
catchy names.
