Why do I say that technology is natural and science is unnatural? Primitive societies have fancy technological skills; try chipping a stone arrowhead or operating a firedrill sometime, and you’ll see. But even educated modern humans still have trouble understanding the most basic principle of science, which is that the mistakes are hard to get rid of.

What, you thought the most basic principle of science was something about the experimental method or theories and falsification? No, those are only ways to help get rid of mistakes.
