Robert Dickerman obtained a permit from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to
shoot some birds for scientific research, for the University of Alaska. But
the work was also done for a joint Alaska-New Mexico wildlife research
project, so Fish and Wildlife cited him for violating his permit.
Government of the bureaucrats, by the bureaucrats, and for the bureaucrats
shall not perish from the Earth.
