I vote for “passive activity loss rules” as the funniest tax mumbo-jumbo. Don’t ask me what it means, though; I’m in the dark.

If haiku had titles, I would have named this one “Weeds”. But I’m glad they don’t, because it’s fun to leave more room for interpretation.
