A California court has ruled that convicted murderer Horace Kelly is sane enough to be executed. If he were crazy they’d let him live, killer sociopath or not. What a bizarre law!

Not so bizarre. The legislators who passed the death penalty law are indirectly killers too, so they need to protect themselves. If the law’s crazy, then they’re crazy, so they’re safe.
