1 March 2000 - surveillance

< yesterday -- tomorrow >

Speaking of oversight, I have some advice for you parents out there: Watch your kids every minute. Start with a baby monitor, and remember, any child who’s old enough to leave the house alone (at least 21) is old enough to carry a beeper. Pretend you are a credit card company; you want to know everywhere they go and every penny they spend. You must, must prepare your kids for the surveillance society of the future.
