Life is no time for dealing with bureaucracy. When I am King of the World, all the many forms and fiddly bits will be saved up for afterward. It’s OK if you’re a little slow, you’ll have eternity. My citizens will not only be more productive, they will strive to lead long and healthy lives because they know what hell awaits them.
