When I am King of the World, I will decree that my government is a meritocracy: Those who are in power obviously got that way because they deserved it.

Weird: At the pinnacle of the binnacle!

Since that’s no different than any other government, I will seek legitimacy by rewriting history to make the common people heroic. That’s all that’s needed.

Weird: They’re playing pinochle!
