The nutria, or coypu, nature’s fast breeder reactor, is a big destructive rodent that eats patches of wetland bare, roots and all. They can also wreck drainage and chew through tires and wood structures. But look, with a name like “nutria” this is a solvable problem. Mix a small proportion into ground beef and label it “fortified with Nutria!”
