I'm sure you often wonder, "how can I tell if a letter in the mail is from the government?" Now that the personal letter is dead, today's America provides one sure-fire method: Open it up and scan for commercial advertisements. Bank statements have ads, so do important notices from utility companies... only governments leave them out. But act fast! It won't be long before everybody's trying to squeeze out that last drop of revenue.
