If it's vital to national security, then it's gold, like Golden Dome.
And if it's gold-colored, like the ballroom, then it's vital to national
security.
clue:
"... the integrated military complex including a totally secure ballroom
space, at the East Wing of the White House, which is vitally required by
national security." They're saying the ballroom is "integrated" with the
bunker hiding underneath it, as if they couldn't work without each
other.
