Of course, mere naturally-evolved laziness is not enough if you are an advanced intelligent species with a culture. You must also train up additional laziness. That's why we invented school. Kids spend years learning to minimize the effort they spend on boring, irrelevant make-work, and come out with valuable skills like how to use calculators and spell-checkers.
