Votes are Not as Strong as Money

The difference between business and government is that a business has to work well enough to keep its throat from being slit by competitors, while a government only has to work well enough to to keep its throats from being slit by revolutionaries. That’s why 10% of businesses have good customer service, and only 3% of government offices.
