A Complicating Assumption

Democrats love Donald Trump, peril monger, and hope that he becomes the Republican candidate, because he’s unelectable. But what if we take a wrong, that is, a right turn, and he is elected anyway? Would Trump remove his demigoggles with a crumble of mumble and “this won’t hurt a bit until the anesthetic wears off,” or will he make the trains run on time?
