20 September 2016 - sharply rebuked

< yesterday -- tomorrow >

Walk down a wooded path in your local park, as you normally do, but this time pay attention to the scars on the trees. In my local park, trees that grow branches across the paths are sharply rebuked. We’re kind of Old Testament that way, vengeful gods of might and what we take to be glory, and affliction shall not rise the second time.
