Science has broken through to meta-level 2, with meta-analysis of meta-analyses of studies. It is time to begin the push for meta-level 3. First we must broaden the base to provide a firm statistical foundation for higher abstraction; it is time to make every citizen into a scientist. Behold my invention! I call it—the internet.
