Today the north pole remains as cold as Immigration and Customs Enforcement, but as the polar cap melts, resolving a travesty of just ice and providing excess access to the axis, we are heading headlong, or at least sidling sidelong, into a frozen conflict which keeps the situation at a boil. Why the disposition for jockeying when little is there but shipping routes to benefit all and oil to benefit none?
