If you find yourself warring against the U.S., there is one target you must avoid. The airports, the shipyards, the highway cloverleafs, the offices of the Defense Intelligence Agency, the White House—all are reasonable. You must not strike the Pentagon building. You cannot imagine the energy that would be unleashed if the vast bureaucratic dam broke.
