All those news articles about how social media deliberately stir up dissension? Burn them and bury the ashes, they’re hypocritical. That is how news has always gained attention; traditional media gleefully megaphoned every outrageous Trump move while claiming objectivity from behind fact checkers. The journalists are only salty because power has passed into other hands. That is what Facebook would say if they dared, but they haven’t quite stolen enough power yet.
