As Polonius said, neither a follower nor a leader be. If you’re a follower, you’ll believe half-true stories that rich countries are monopolizing the vaccine supplies. If you are a leader in a poor country, you’ll make up those stories and help nothing. If you are a leader in a rich country, you’ll spend big money, that only you have, to create those supplies. And then monopolize them, at least helping somebody, while followers and other leaders berate you.
