A sudden revolt needs both a cause and a trigger. The cause is discontent; the trigger is (say) Mohamed Bouazizi setting himself on fire. Why must there be a separate trigger? Because, as everyone knows who has faced off against a large organization, for all our talking, we are weak at coordinating.
