The slogan “don’t bring me problems, bring me solutions” is intended to encourage subordinates think for themselves, solving problems to solve a problem. If you take it literally, it encourages leaders to be lazy and disorganized, making the slogan a solution that causes problems, or that is, a problem. Can we help it find itself?
