The easier way to reduce conspiracy theories is to teach basic
probability to primary schoolers, at least enough to understand a
weather report. People who struggle to cope with uncertainty gravitate
to conspiracy theories. So teach them to cope.

In my experience, many distrust weather forecasts because they distrust
probabilities. We can change that, and it will only take a couple
generations.
