President Clinton today announced that the United States will no longer blow up bad guys without due process. “America must respect the rule of law, as enshrined in the Constitution, as we strive to extend peace and freedom across the globe. We shall no longer lash out prematurely with vigilante attacks,” the President vowed. “From this day forward, terrorists will be given a fair trial in the media before we annihilate them with military might.”
