The U.S. Government, probably the world’s top paper user, has decided to buy only recycled paper. What foresight! If a few more big purchasers follow suit, it won’t be worthwhile to manufacture virgin paper any more. The global paper stock will collapse, for lack of paper we’ll be forced to rely on the Internet, and world economic growth will soar thanks to new efficiencies. Thank you, United States!
