The ambiguity in what you say is everything that you don’t say, namely, most of the universe of ideas. That’s why it’s meaningful to talk about meaning: it’s small enough to point at. And yet, except for book blurbs, anything that’s said stands for a world of meaning in this universal void of ambiguity. It gives me hope that we may yet find intelligent life in Harry Potter.
