The quality of office furniture is not strained, because if it were strained, it would break. Have you noticed? In years of office work, I have yet to sit on a chair which was engineered, rather than designed. It’s time that we held the furniture makers to the same high standards that we demand for submarine captains. Submarines are built to sink ships—and they do! Simple functionality!
