The Second Gloaming
Churning and churning through the data store,
Technicians say what bureaucrats will hear.
Patches knit up; the edges cannot shred;
Organization overruns the world;
The red-tape tie is bound, and everywhere
The wells of spontaneity run dry;
The best hew to procedure, while the worst
Largely follow procedure.
