According to Pentagon theorists, peace is achieved by burying the hatchet and watering it well, so that in time the handheld tomahawk will sprout into a flourishing Tomahawk Land Attack Missile. It is an easy theory to criticize; the fools know nothing about fertilizer. But do you have a better theory? Beating swords into plowshares will only ease the agricultural process.
