The released bits of the National Intelligence Estimate say nothing new. The press played it up as an indictment of the war in Iraq. The Bush administration reacted by changing the subject. National intelligence estimate: Not too bright. But on the other hand, our batteries are made by Sony. We’ll keep going and going and going until it all burns up.
