At last, after so many years, the excitement over positive returns and disruptive innovations has given us back our joy in destruction. It’s still out of fashion to gloat when you water the newest fields of your empire with the blood of your enemies, but it’s OK to issue press releases as their life-money ebbs away, and besides, the properties that you gain are shinier.
