Global warming is going to be exciting. Today’s climate with its repeating ice ages is among the coldest for over 500 million years, so we’re only returning the Earth to normal. Of course we’re doing it a bit rapidly and a lot of species may be wiped out, but we shouldn’t worry. Humans are generalist, omnivorous and adaptable to widely different environments, which are all the traits of a disaster species that survives anything.
