I see... decreasing infant mortality causes average population height to increase. Why don’t they follow the reasoning through? Clearly, back then the tall babies died. Today we save the unhealthy tall babies that the natural order used to weed out, and that explains the world’s spiraling health care costs. The King of the World knows what to do!
