The bigger the city, the higher the number of patents per person, and also the higher the crime rate. In other words, patents and crime co-vary, exactly as you expect if a patent is a form of crime. This led me to file for a patent on the following procedure: If you want to live in a creative and growing city, lay off some of the police.
