When I am King of the World, my government will feature separation of powers with checks and balances much like a bank account. I will of course be Commander in Chief. Statues will depict me on a horse with a sword and a recoilless rifle. A legislature, courts, local governments, and other institutions will have substantial freedom to oppose me, until they draw down their balances and I shoot them.
