How can it be that the universe consists almost entirely of nothing, while so much happens at any one time? Well, that’s easy: It’s because we have a whopping gargantuan three space dimensions, jumbo economy size space to put stuff, and only one piddling time dimension so that not all the events can be kept apart. Don’t wish vainly for more hours in the day. That doesn’t address the underlying issue. Wish vainly for more time dimensions.
