< yesterday -- tomorrow >

Necessary Conclusion

As Socrates and Edward Lear knew, nonsense gets on in the world. You yourself can classify many common forms: Get rich quick nonsense (multi-level marketing), snake oil nonsense (homeopathy), campaign promise nonsense (“America first”, an example of endarkened self-interest), and so on. Yet all these forms succeed and gain followers. Since you know what’s what, the problem must be other people.
