Is your government procurement bureaucracy busted? I know how to fix it. Pretend you are Elon Musk and name your next project APESHIT (governments are full of backronym experts to make up what it stands for). Every time a bureaucrat objects to the name or tries to water it down--fire them. Repeat several times and you'll find things running much smoother.
