Now we turn the lens of our inquiry toward Europe, home of a number of supranationally-minded peoples so advanced that they rarely war among themselves. Oops, well, heh, there does seem to be a minor contretemps at the moment. I’m sure it’s of no matter. To get along in a friendly manner is of course beyond the state of the art, and to coordinate actions in pursuit of a common humanitarian and military goal, well, even the vanguard of nations must at times, in this whirlwind of realpolitik... uh... hrm. As I was saying, in this vale of tears that we name civilization, only the most sophisticated of nation-states have the capability of working together well enough to utterly drop the ball. Any questions?
