The great state of Kansas has struck a blow for mathematics! New curriculum guidelines eliminate mention of biological evolution on the grounds that it is only a theory, so it hasn’t been proven. Teachers will be forced to concentrate on math, the only scientific field which has proofs. A new generation of outstanding mathematicians is sure to arise in Kansas. Andrew Wiles watch out!
