3. The terms of this Agreement are severable. They may be sliced and diced in infomercials on late night TV.

4. This Agreement constitutes the entire contract between Individual and Megacorporation. Any other statements, averrals, dramatic presentations, or other speech acts, whether written, verbal, or hallucinatory, including but not limited to Acts of Congress and the Word of God, are void and without effect.
