1. You agree, at Our sole discretion, including without limitation or exception no warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, causes of action or claims caused by liability, penalties, losses, damages, costs, fees, expenses, or any other direct, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential noninfringement of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose shall under no circumstances indemnify and hold harmless and is strictly prohibited.

2. Your company intranet is hereby incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
