CAN SPAM Act Summary: Yes, You Can Spam
In the new year, the artistic genius of Congress faces Americans with a dilemma unprecedented in history: We can continue to allow spam to flow unimpeded into our in-boxes, or we can unsubscribe. Unsubscribing doubles your spam, because it confirms you as one who reads the messages, but the doubled messages are then illegal, and eventually the spammer might be run down by the feds and forced to rename their business. What an agonizing decision!
