13 February 2007 - creatures of carbon

Once upon a time, by a mistake of nature, a planet of silicon brought forth creatures made of carbon. It was a most inconvenient state of affairs. Ah, but they were clever little animals, for soon they invented the computer, and thus the error came to be rectified.
